Position Description
Springfield Clinic, one of the largest multi-specialty physician owned medical practices, is looking for a BC/BE Breast Surgeon to join its practice in Springfield Illinois.
Practice Information:
- Practice in Springfield, Illinois and local outreach communities
- Competitive Associate base salary guarantee of $400K - $450K (commensurate with experience) plus signing bonus, relocation assistance and salary advance option
- 2 Year Path to Partnership
- Incoming physician will be immediately busy due relocation of prior surgeon
- Experienced nurse navigator and advanced practitioner within practice
- Current surgeon is operating three (3) days a week
- Operate at two (2) Level 1 Trauma hospitals and Springfield Clinic’s physician-owned Ambulatory Surgery Center with dedicated block time
- Multidisciplinary collaboration with other Springfield Clinic departments, including Hematology/Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Radiology
- Ability to participate in clinical trials
